17th Century farmhouse set in 400 acres in its own valley. One bedroom has its own entrance and hallway and en suite bathroom in a converted barn beside the house.

The other 2 bedrooms in the house share a bathroom. Breakfast and dinner are served in the dining room before an inglnook fireplace with a fire and candles always burning.

The farmhouse is 2 miles from Barnstaple but set in a private valley with lakes, ponies, chickens and geese and everything you would expect in an old property which has belonged to the family for 400 years.

The rooms are expertly decorated by Caroline who has published 6 books on decorating and the food sourced from the estate. Pheasant and pigeon are often on the menu depending on the season.
