The transformation of the Harvester into the Costero Lounge is nothing short of remarkable. Loungers has spared no detail in revitalizing the prime seafront venue. As we stepped through the entrance, we were immediately struck by the eclectic blend of heavily patterned wallpapers, an Orient Express-themed back bar, and a mix of tiled and stripped wooden floors. The ambiance is a perfect marriage of sophistication and comfort, with oversized vintage sofas and upholstered lounge chairs inviting patrons to relax in style.

The launch party was a feast for the senses, with the spotlight on the all-day menu that offers a diverse range of culinary delights. The tapas dishes, in particular, stole the show, providing a tantalizing preview of the gastronomic adventure that awaits diners. Our favourite being the Beef Brisket Chilli: Slow-cooked brisket, black beans and mature cheddar, served with spicy rice, spring onion, red chilli and yoghurt

Vegans and those adhering to a gluten-free diet can revel in the dedicated menus tailored to their dietary needs. Families are also in for a treat, as Costero Lounge has thoughtfully curated an experience for the little ones. The inclusion of games, books, coloring pencils, and pads ensures that families can enjoy their dining experience with added ease.

As we explored the various dining and lounging areas, it became evident that Costero Lounge has successfully created a space that adapts to diverse preferences. Whether you prefer a cozy nook with intimate lighting or a vibrant space with eclectic artwork, the venue offers a variety of options to suit different moods and occasions. On warmer (and dryer days) there is a large outdoor seating area with amazing sea and pier views.

Costero Lounge has truly reinvented the seafront dining experience in Paignton.
