The interiors, inspired by mythical shorelines, boast a playful palette of aqua blues, complemented by mood lighting, paying homage to the surrounding landscapes. The 121 guest rooms and social areas, adorned with a nautical theme, feature unique elements such as suspended rope tables, fisherman's buoys, and a diverse array of seating, creating a captivating ambiance for early evening cocktails and delectable bites.

Deller's restaurant, named after the much-loved cafe which stood on the site more than 100 years ago, offers all-day dining where British seaside meets American diner delights. In addition to its varied menu, Deller's provides a delightful venue for friends and family to savour inspired cocktails against captivating seaside views. On our visit we tried the loaded fries with excellent toppings. One topped with Maple cured bacon, red Leicester and mozzarella cheese. The other being a selection of seafood coated in a spicy flour and deep fried with a seafood sauce. Each was priced at £7, with a side of coleslaw adding £3.50 to the bill. 

Guests can unwind in the spacious 121 bedrooms, ranging from standard to superior, each with an average room size of 20m². The hotel also features a well-equipped fitness centre, spa with three beauty treatment rooms, meeting room, and a contemporary restaurant.
