The property with parts dating back 400 years was tastefully converted to a Hotel in 1976 whilst still retaining many of the original features including a static water wheel and mill house. Close by is Exmoor the North Devon Coastal Path and the Tarka Cycle Trail.

Our rural yet accessible setting makes us ideal for a relaxing break or a Family holiday base. We are the only 3 Star hotel and restaurant in the immediate Ilfracombe area and with evidence of a settlement going back over 1000 years.
