80 Photos from the English Riviera Air Show

Hooray, it didn't rain! The English Riviera Air Show 2022 made the most of the dry weather for a wonderful display on Saturday.

Thousands descended on Paignton to get a view of the planes, enjoy the funfair and grab a bite to eat at the market stalls.

In the sky we enjoyed the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight and The Blades display team, world-famous for flying close-formation aerobatics to the highest level. The awesome Chinook brought it's huge rotor span of 60ft to the seafront.

The Tigers Freefall Parachute Display Team circled a few times and then the display team jumped to their target on the beach.

The Pitts Special, Spitfire, BAC Strikemaster and Yakolev Yak 50s all did their thing before the crowd favourites, the RAF Red Arrows closed the show.
