From Saturday 1 November, reduced off season parking charges will be introduced at Fleet Walk car park in Torquay.
The introduction of reduced parking prices between 1 November 2025 and 30 April 2026 is part of a new, simplified seasonal flat rate tariff structure at the car park, which will replace the separate day and night-time charges currently in place.
Offering more flexible parking tariffs will make Torquay town centre and the harbourside more accessible to residents and visitors, encourage them to spend more time visiting the area, and help the town centre and local businesses thrive all year round.
New signage has been installed in Fleet Walk to reflect the changes, as the new, reduced off-peak charges are introduced on Saturday 1 November.

This is all part of our ongoing commitment to creating thriving town centre spaces and supporting our local businesses. I hope that lots of residents and visitors will make the most of the reduced-price parking in Fleet Walk over the coming months and come to explore and enjoy all that Torquay town centre and harbourside have to offer. We are aware of the ongoing issues with the lifts and escalators at Fleet Walk car park and shopping centre. Working in partnership with Milligan and the Fleet Walk team, we are committed to fixing these issues. A comprehensive, long-term strategy for the repair and replacement of the lifts and escalators is being developed. This approach will ensure a reliable and efficient system that seamlessly connects all levels of the car park with the shops, Fleet Street, and surrounding areas."
