Graduation deserves more than a quick meal out, and Cosy Club's new Graduation Menu has been created with exactly that in mind. Available from 1 July to 8 August 2026, the menu offers two courses for £29.95 or three for £35.95, with every diner enjoying a complimentary glass of Prosecco to toast the occasion. Blending Cosy Club favourites with several dishes created especially for this limited-time menu, it feels like a genuine celebration rather than simply a reduced version of the regular offering.
We visited the Exeter Cosy Club to try the new menu and found the experience lived up to the occasion. On arrival, each member of the party was welcomed with a chilled glass of Prosecco, setting the tone for a relaxed celebration. A jug of tap water was also provided.
The starters immediately impressed, both in presentation and flavour. The Hot Honey Fried Halloumi combined crispy halloumi with cooling mint yoghurt, pickled green apple, mizuna salad and toasted sunflower seeds. The contrast of sweet, spicy and fresh worked beautifully. Alongside it, the Beef & Smoked Bacon Croquettes arrived perfectly crisp, served with basil pesto cream, pickled shallots and lovage oil. Rich, comforting and packed with flavour, they made for an excellent start.
For the main course, the Indonesian Satay Chicken—one of the dishes introduced for the Graduation Set Menu—featured a charred chicken breast served with an aromatic coconut and kaffir lime sauce, sugar snaps, pickled cucumber, pickled ginger, crispy shallots and steamed basmati rice. It was colourful, generously portioned and full of vibrant flavours.
The King Prawn & Smoked Salmon Linguine was equally satisfying, bringing together king prawns, Norfolk smoked salmon, a creamy Gran Levanto sauce, lemon, chilli flakes and crunchy brown butter pangrattato. It was a comforting, flavourful pasta dish, although we felt it could have benefitted from a slightly more generous helping of smoked salmon.
Dessert was an excellent finale. The Coconut & Lime Panna Cotta was light, silky and refreshing, with mango, mint and coconut biscuit crumb adding plenty of tropical flavour. The standout dish, however, was the Brûléed Miso Caramel Custard Tart, another special addition to the Graduation Menu created by Cosy Club chef Fabio. Served with vanilla pod ice cream and shortbread crumb, it delivered a superb combination of creamy caramel sweetness, crisp brûléed topping and a subtle savoury note from the miso. It was easily the highlight of the meal.
Throughout the meal, the quality of the presentation stood out, with every dish looking as good as it tasted. As ever, the service struck a friendly, attentive balance that suited a celebratory gathering.
Overall, Cosy Club has produced a graduation menu that feels thoughtfully put together. The inclusion of several new dishes gives returning guests something new to try, while familiar favourites remain on offer for those who prefer the classics. With a complimentary glass of Prosecco for every diner, attentive service and a menu packed with flavour, it's an excellent choice for celebrating one of life's biggest milestones with family and friends.
