Opened in 2005 The Holt has seasonal Menus to use the best of Devon’s larder. Menus are based on food that the chefs love cooking and eating rather than any single concept.

The bar proudly offers the full range of Otter beers including Tarka lager Otter breweries newest creation and local ciders.

The wine list has been carefully designed to match the menus, bringing premium wines at great value.

The spirits selection is always evolving from the classics to the eclectic.
