Tiverton Museum of Mid Devon Life

The Tiverton Museum of Mid Devon Life is a local history museum in Tiverton, found to the southwest of Gotham House.

Permanent exhibitions include Mid Devon Today that showcases some of the work that the museum does with the local community.

Farming was (and is!) of great importance to the Mid Devon District. The Agricultural Hall gallery features many horse drawn and hand tools that were used until mechanisation.

The museum has a range of lively programme of temporary exhibitions at the museum, varying from exhibitions put on by the museum as well as those put together by local artists and groups.
